Eagle Project | 100th Milestone

Marking a century of surgical projects with the Live Laparoscopy-Hysteroscopy Workshop under the Eagle Project banner has been nothing short of symbolic.It reflects not just experience, but consistent learning, growth, and the trust of every individual and team I’ve had the privilege to work with. Each project taught me something new — and this one was a reminder that passion, precision, and perseverance only deepen with time.

I am privileged to be a part of Operating Faculty for 100th Eagle live hystero-laparoscopy workshop held at SMIMER Surat.

Evening was a massive feat followed by Felicitation programme .

LONGEVITY REVOLUTION 2025….Conference on Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine was an intellectually stimulating and inspiring experience.

A remarkable opportunity to engage with global experts ,pioneers, clinicians working at forefront in one of the most transformative fields in modern medicine.

Being a doctor,we aim at symptomatic relief of the patient but with regenerative medicine, treatment paradigms is getting redefined,moving from symptomatic relief to restorative healing at a cellular level.

The sessions covered a wide range of topics — from PRP, mesenchymal stem cells and exosome therapy, pluripotent stem cells and a wider aspects of Preventive medicine.

It emphasised on the ethical considerations, and regulatory frameworks ,and responsible use of stem cell therapies.

Grateful to have been a part of such a transformative exchange of knowledge.

Catching up with friends ,midnight birthday celebration ,all added to fun along with learning .

Happy to share that we have successfully conducted 2 day FOGSI IAGE Eagle Project at St John’s Medical College, Bangalore, held on 19 th and 20th February .
Event was attended by over 40 members.Total of 12 complex surgeries were performed .

Heartful gratitude ,Dr Sunita Tandulwadkar , DrSejal Naik for this wonderful academic initiative.

Our heartfelt thanks to Dr Shashikala,HOD , and all members of SJMCH for supporting us throughout for organising this workshop.

We express our sincere appreciation to Dr Sunil Eshwar and Dr Beeresh C S who took out their precious time and were there for Pg’s to teach them and share their expertise related to Endoscopy.

Bowel Endometriosis 3.0…

A very well organised focused workshop by Yashodhan Sir to deal with Bowel endometriosis. Starting from lectures to surgical cases to hand-on on animal tissues, knowledge of application of staplers, principles of bowel suturing …all were informative and engaging.
I am glad to attend this. I am eager to apply what I have learnt and look forward in contributing to it even more effectively.

FOGSI IAGE EAGLE project was successfully conducted at Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences , Karnataka on January 30 th 2025 Under the eminent guidance of Dr Sunita Tandulwadkar ,Dr Atul Ganatra, Dr Sejal Naik, Dr Subhash Mallya, Sudha Tandon, Ashwath Kumar. We express our deep gratitude to HOD, MIMS and whole OBG dept for their unwavering support.

Very happy to share that we successfully completed Karnataka’s first FOGSI IAGE EAGLE live Hystero Laparoscopic Workshop - Basic to Advanced in Mandya medical college (MIMS).
Residents and eminent faculty from 6 medical colleges attended the workshop.
The live surgeries were performed by Dr Prathap, Dr Cyriac Pappachan, Dr Sunil Eshwar and Dr Richa Pal.

Eagle project is a sensitisation workshop on Gyn Endoscopy ,focusing mainly on postgraduates and early career gynaecologists.
Workshop involved theoretical lectures and live surgical sessions. Postgraduates were given hands-on on hysteroscopy and port insertion, dey were sensitized regarding basics of laparoscopy, its ergonomics, instrumentation, dos and don’ts of laparoscopy, basic anatomy and various energy devices.

It was well appreciated,Glad to organise this.
