Before Cadabam’s became a network of caregivers, there were a few who did it all — out of love, not duty.

Meet Mahadev, one of Cadabam’s earliest team members, who cared for residents when there were no housekeepers or security staff, running generators, fetching water, and watching over everyone like family.
For him, care has always been sacred. “Residents should be cared for like God,” he says, a belief that continues to guide us even today.
His story is a reminder that true compassion doesn’t need recognition — only heart and dedication.

Watch Mahadev’s story and discover the dedication that shaped Cadabam’s.
