Exploring Fort Kochi through food ✨💛 🏡
Loved the old town charm, wish I had more time to explore but this is the best I could do in a day ;)

Every lane is filled with so many cute cafes and little eateries. I explored Vasco D’Gama square, Princess street, Burgher street and Jew Town. 
Apart from the food, you can visit historical places like churches, museum’s ,art galleries , Dutch Palace ,Paradesi Synagogue or the beach, and of course lots of street shopping everywhere especially Jew Town. Don’t miss the shop- Little Queen embroidery for hand embroidered heirloom pieces.🪡🧵

Now that I’ve had my share of indulgence, it’s time to get back to my usual routine of healthy, balanced meals💪🏼🌱

Posted it on my stories last week and never expected over 200 DMs requesting the recipe🌱 
🧡 I’m always looking for quick , easy to cook recipes that are not just healthy but also filling, tasty and balanced . 
🧡 This smoked tofu along with rice makes a balanced meal, rich in fibre and high protein . I’ve added cucumber but a veggie stir fry on the side would have been a better choice.  
🧡You can also replace white rice with quinoa or basmati brown rice but white rice tasted better ;) 
🧡 Try this recipe with paneer or chicken and let me know because I haven’t tried it yet 💪🏼

PS : Healthy eating isn’t complicated. Please do not skip meals!

🥣These are just basic soup recipes , it helps me increase my vegetable intake and I hope it helps you too 💪🏼  
🌱 Easy to cook, simple ingredients , rich in spices and good for immunity. Bangalore has been rainy most evening and these warms soup are my cozy companions 😋
