1 week of Indian meal plates to help you with menu planning for the week 🍽️
6 meals are home cooked, healthy, balanced, portion controlled nutritious meal plates and 1 meal was ordered from a restaurant. A little more rice ;)
Though the meal is higher in calories (high carb, low in protein and high in fat too!) compared to my regular meals , it is not going to make me unhealthy , unfit , gain fat or take away my progress- unless I eat this way everyday !
Moderation is key 🔑
What’s the best diet for you? A sustainable diet .
PS: Please increase quantity as per your needs and never eat less, starve or follow a very low calorie diet.
