Diagnosed with PCOS and heart broken..

Extremely irregular cycles.. did not get periods without taking tablets to get periods..

Had second thoughts about travelling so far for the treatment..

Want to get pregnant in the coming year.. some simple tips to improve your chances are :
👉🏼 Healthy diet - s as the popular saying goes “you are what you eat” .. Eat healthy. Avoid junk, deep fried, extra sweetened and preserved food. Eat fresh, include colours and variety in your meals.
👉🏼 Stay adequately hydrated - It is important to maintain balance of the various body systems. Upto 60 % of human body is water.
👉🏼 Get adequate sleep. This is important to reduce the inflammation in our body and rejuvenate. Hormones are well balanced with enough sleep.
👉🏼 Exercise regularly. Avoid over exertion. Maintain healthy weight. Recommended to exercise for 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week at least.
👉🏼 Take follicle acid supplements 3 months before planning pregnancy. Get a pre- conception check up of vitamins, basic blood work, s***m parameters and avoid surprise at a later date.
