DIET – MY FRENNEMY
Yes, this is what I now refer to dieting in my weight loss struggle days. I thought it to be my friend but in reality, it was my worst enemy.
In my 25 years struggle with my body to lose weight, I tried all possible diets. Some of them I followed were No carb diet, Carb only diet, GM diet, Protein only diet, No protein diet, No fat diet, Liquid diet.
While I did lost weight after following diet to the letter, soon I was dieting not to lose weight but to maintain myself at the same weight. Once I broke down, sooner I was invariably heavier than when I even started.
I just don’t know why this is happening so in spite of religiously following diet to the letter.
Now after studying obesity and weight loss in details and transforming my body effortlessly without dieting and exercise, I know exactly why diet was my worst enemy and why every time I was gaining weight after my breakdown.
