Retreat Highlights:
In this 3day retreat, you’ll immerse yourself in the scientific, holistic practice of yoga. From energizing yoga sessions to soul-enriching satsang, every moment is crafted to promote health and expand consciousness. And the main highlight is it is conducted at a spiritually vibrant holy place - Thiruvannamalai. We arranged Girivalam ( circumambulation of the mountain ) and visit to Ramanashram and surrounding mystical places as part of this retreat.
This journey takes you from the outer self (body) to the spiritual heart within, guiding you toward self-discovery and fulfillment.

Day 1: December 20, 2024
-11:30 AM :Warm welcome!
Check-in, enjoy a refreshing welcome drink, settle into your room, and receive the retreat program schedule.
- 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Savor a wholesome lunch.
- 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM: Relax and recharge during this rest period.
- 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Relish an aromatic tea break.
- 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Immerse yourself in a serene Soham-Self Awareness Meditation session.
- 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM:Visit the sacred
Sri Ramanashram and participate in the evening pujas.
- 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Conclude the day with a nourishing dinner.
Day 2: December 21, 2024
- 6:00 AM: Awaken your senses with an early wake-up call.
- 6:30 AM – 7:00 AM: Optional tea to start your day.
- 7:15 AM – 8:30 AM:: Reconnect with your body and mind in a Holistic Yoga/Meditation session.
- 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Enjoy a hearty breakfast.
- 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM: Explore the spiritual treasures of
Sri Ramanashram.Skandashram and Virupaksha Cave.
- 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Relish a delicious lunch.
- 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Take time for personal reflection, rest, or activities of your choice.
- 4:00 PM – 4.30 PM: Unwind with a soothing tea break.
- 5:00 PM: Experience the sacred pilgrimage of -Girivalam (circumambulation of Arunachala Hill).
- 8:30 PM – 9:30 PM: Delight in dinner during the return journey.
Day 3: December 22, 2024.
- 6:00 AM: Begin your day with an early wake-up call.
- 6:30 AM – 7:00 AM: Optional tea for a gentle start.
- 7:15 AM – 8:30 AM: Dive deep into a Holistic Yoga & Meditation session.
- 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM: Enjoy a refreshing breakfast.
- 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Engage in a powerful Soham-Self Awareness Meditation Workshop-featuring talks, discussions, and guided meditations.
- 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Personal time for shopping, reflection, or leisure.
