As the year draws to a close, this is an appreciation post for everyone that was associated with SAMA in 2024- whether as a member coming in for classes everyday, as calm mind experience seekers who joined us for special workshops of events or as a part of our online community.

Here is what our members achieved in 2024:
1. More than 2000 hours of calm mind sessions were conducted

2. 20+ unique formats were practiced- from the recent Yoga Dance Flow to everyone’s favourite Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Classical Hatha Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Sound Bath, Aerial Yoga,  Vision Board activities and much more.

3. In the last 6 months, members have added 100 calm mind hours to their practice on an average.

2025 promises to be an even exciting year with more formats, workshops, retreats…

We frequently get asked these questions - and our answer is simple- Meet us in the real world!

More and more studies are pointing to the effects of a constant content deluge on our minds- either to create it or consume it.

To break away from this, we have made all our spaces device free zones. And we keep our side of the promise by not carrying a device to shoot content for the social media on a regular basis.

We kick-off the newest addition to our program calendar with the practice of 🧘🏽‍♀️ Zazen Meditation every Tuesday in our 7.00 AM and 8.15 AM classes and in our 8.15 AM class on Saturday. A full body opening sequence of the Classical Hatha Yoga will help prepare the body and breath for this meditation.

Over the next 8 weeks, our team will work with members to gradually increase the time that they spend in the right posture, breath and mental state that are unique to this practice. All you need to do is attend the class each Tuesday/Saturday. 🙂

Zazen Meditation has its origins in Zen Buddhism and modern studies have shown that regular practice helps in easing stress and anxiety, lessening the perception of pain and increasing our productivity at work .

We are Bangalore's premium Yoga and Mindfulness Studio offering group classes for calming the mind.

Drawing from Yoga and Zen Philosophies, several time-tested practices are carefully curated and offered at our spacious Studio. Each class is designed to address a common lifestyle aspect from improving sleep to reducing stress, anxiety and distractions.
