A workplace accident changed Mr. Ramkumar’s life in an instant, when hot liquid aluminium caused a severe eye injury. With young children depending on him, the pain was not just physical, but deeply emotional.

Under the care of Dr. Sharon D’Souza, Consultant Cornea, Cataract & Refractive Surgeon at Apollo Hospitals, Bangalore, a series of timely interventions helped save the eye—followed by a corneal transplant made possible through eye donation. Today, Ramkumar is regaining vision and, more importantly, his smile and hope for the future.

Stories like these remind us that eye donation is one of the most selfless gifts—restoring sight, dignity, and life itself.

Va**ng may seem cool, but the truth is, it’s doing more harm than you realize. From sore throats and constant coughing to messing with your mood, memory, and concentration, va**ng affects your body in ways you wouldn’t expect. Your lungs can suffer from irritation and even lead to conditions like popcorn lung, while your heart faces unnecessary stress due to ni****ne spikes, raising your heart rate and blood pressure. And let’s not forget your skin — va**ng can speed up wrinkles, leaving your skin dry and dull.

While it might feel like a trend, va**ng is wrecking your health in ways that are hard to ignore. Protect your health and your future by staying vape-free!

A mouth ulcer that doesn’t heal, or recurring red and white patches in the mouth, shouldn’t be ignored. These can be early warning signs of oral cavity cancer, especially among to***co and paan chewers. Oral cancers often begin silently, but early detection can make all the difference. If you notice persistent ulcers, unusual bleeding, pain while chewing or swallowing, lumps in the neck, or difficulty opening your mouth, consult a specialist without delay. When diagnosed early, oral cavity cancers are highly treatable.

From accurate implant alignment to reduced tissue damage and faster recovery, robotic-assisted knee and hip replacements are a proven advancement in modern orthopaedic care.

It’s time to replace fear with facts and confidence with clarity.
