Pharmed was proud to be part of IOACON2025, held from 15th to 20th December 2025 at the Sarusajai Sports Complex, 📍Guwahati, Assam, hosted by NEROSA (North Eastern Orthopaedic Society of India) and GOS (Guwahati Orthopaedic Society).

The event brought together Orthopaedic clinicians & Surgeons from across the country and overseas, on this well-known platform for scientific, academic exchange and thoughtful dialogue on bone and joint diseases. We were honoured to connect with doctors and immerse ourselves this concourse submerged in the rich cultural heritage of Assam and North-Eastern India during the conference.

At IOACON, Pharmed, along with the Indian Orthopaedic Association’s Osteoporosis Council, unveiled the Indian Osteoporosis Association Guidelines for Osteoporosis, now published in the Indian Journal of Orthopaedics and Pharmed has been recognized as the academic partner for the same. The occasion also provided an excellent opportunity for meaningful interactions and engaging discussions with doctors around bone and joint health, Pharmed’s offerings in this area, reinforcing the strong scientific foundation of our products.

Pharmed Foundation, commemorating the life and legacy of its Former Chairman Emeritus, Late Krishan Kumar Aurora, announces the “KK Aurora Light of Hope Fund”. Launched in association with ORD India, this initiative reflects a deep commitment to ensuring that patients, predominantly children, living with rare diseases receive compassionate, affordable, and timely respiratory care. The fund aims to support continuity of treatment beyond ICU discharge, in line with medical advice, while easing the financial strain on families. Through this initiative, Pharmed Foundation will enable access to vital respiratory equipment and other essential assistive technologies—bringing sustained care, dignity, and hope to the children in need.
