I am Ritima - Certified Health Coach, Diabetic Educator, Vedique Nutritionist and a Nutrigenomics Consultant.

Transitioning from an IT professional to a Certified Health Coach, Vedique Nutritionist, Diabetes Educator, and Nutrigenomics Consultant wasn't easy.

A few years back, when I started my journey of motherhood, I was diagnosed with diabetes and weighed 83 kg.

Juggling work and new motherhood, I faced personal and professional struggles.

Diabetes and weight challenges haunted me and I started loosing my confidence.

The numbers on the scale, my diabetic condition haunted me. Looking at myself in the mirror, I felt bad.

I could barely enjoy my motherhood journey.

I stopped going to office, totally cut off from my social life and lost touch with all my friends.

Beyond the external struggle, I battled with fear and doubt.

Struggling with all these for some years, I decided to take charge of my health, making it a priority.

Knowing a healthy woman creates a healthy family, I pursued a holistic self-transformation journey.

Results, Remarkable! My blood sugar levels stabilized, shedding weight, and I discovered a totally new Ritima who had started loving herself.

This journey transformed me, not just physically but mentally.

Social Obligations: Dinners with clients, family gatherings, and friendsโ€™ get-togethers often revolved around food, derailing my healthy eating plans.

Inconsistent Routines: Frequent travel and unpredictable work hours made it hard to stick to a routine.

Feeling constantly tired and sluggish.

Frustration over not seeing results.

Guilt from not taking care of my health.

I am surprised to see this attitude of people toward their health and their own bodies..

I wonder why people are not willing to invest in their health, but are ready to invest in luxuries.

I understand everybody wants to live a luxurious life, getting the best of everything, but they usually overlook that to live a luxurious life, one also needs to be healthy.

A lot of people buy fancy clothes, go on lavish vacations, and get the latest gadgets.

But when it comes to investing in their health, they always look for cheaper solutions.
It's kind of strange when you think about it, right?

Imagine this: You spend hours reading reviews and comparing prices before buying something for your family, but when it comes to your health, you might not give it the same attention.

Sometimes, we hope for quick fixes or free advice instead of investing in professional help or quality care.

Have you ever wondered why we're willing to spend a lot on a meal at a fancy restaurant but hesitate to pay for a gym membership or healthy food?

Aren't we worth investing in?
