TYME is online applications to book keep all your medical events. Mission is to help all the individuals, parents, families to track their health events and keep the data handy. As a parents/children, It is important to know how often the kids/ parents are falling sick and what measures have been followed during the events. TYME is a simple application to help citizens to maintain smart health. TYME has been created with the intention of recording basic health event information, such as ‘my son has high Fever, ‘my father has a health check up’, ‘mother had a diabetic tests’, ‘Eye tests’ etc etc.. Individuals should avoid adding any confidential health information, unless you are happy to do so. Alternatively, you can still add a note and keep track of the health events, as it is very difficult to remember every health event during our busy life. Some real time examples, which have been notified as part of the TYME evaluation process,
Case-1:
, It is slightly difficult to remember how many times my son had high fever. For instance, 3 months ago my son had a Viral fever and we have consulted doctor, doctor have prescribed the medicine and he was okay after a week upon consuming medicine. Now after few months, unfortunately my son is not well again, for me it is difficult to go back and remember exactly when he had high fever before, how many days it lasted and what medicine was prescribed by doctor. Case-2:
, my 3y old son had wheezing problem at least 4 times already, he is unable to breath properly and we take him to hospital and they will do nebulisation and prescribe the puff’s. After few months time, this wheezing issue has come back again, so we had to go through the process again starting with nebulisation, puff’s and medication course. It was difficult to remember or keep track of these events accurately. Basic workflow of TYME is
1. Register a Role (register yourself as a Father/Mother/Brother and so on)
2. Activate your account
3. Add a Role (Add your Son, Daughter/ Father /Mother and so on)
5. Add an Event (Status: Open, enter all relevant details, and Submit)
6. After the event is completed (Status: Closed, Select End Date and update the relevant details and Submit)
7. User home page, you can view the Open and Closed events
8. Reports – You can see all the events occurred for each role
9. View Profile – This is where the roles can be managed
