It’s World Social Media Day today! We’re celebrating our connectedness and the many wonderful things the online world has given us. May I remind you, however, that it could also be a trap to a life of comparisons and insecurities if you’re not careful.🙈
This is why I practice DIGITAL DIET. I encourage you to be mindful of what you consume.
Before you ask these questions: What is it that I can flex today? How do I keep up?
Ask yourself this hard question: Am I living through others’ lives?
If so, I’d like to remind you to UNPLUG from digital streams and GO BACK to your NATURE.
Introduce balance in your life so you’ll be able to create the life that you truly want for yourself; not the kind that needs likes, thumbs up or any sort of validation.
