Consciousness is about Living not a concept.
1. Begin with one conscious breath
Before touching your phone, take 3 slow breaths and notice how your body feels.
2. Move with attention
Even 5–10 minutes of gentle movement.
Feel each action instead of rushing through it.
3. Check in with the body
Pause once during the day and ask:
What do I need right now?
4. Witness your reactions
When emotions arise, observe them without judging or fixing.
5. Eat one meal mindfully
No screens. Just taste, chew, and be present.
6. End the day with reflection
Notice one moment where you were aware today — that’s enough.
