✨Swamiji Says:

It is a new way of rise of kuṇḍalinī. And this is the real way of the rise of kuṇḍalinī. The kuṇḍalinī they have discussed, other people, other schools of thought, I see, and I feel, that this is discussed just through imagination. It is not the exact rise of kuṇḍalinī. The exact rise of kuṇḍalinī is what I will tell you now.

🐍The kuṇḍalinī rises when there is one-pointedness. Till then it will never rise. When there is one-pointedness, uninterrupted one-pointedness must prevail for at least six hours or seven hours at one time. When that happens then the position of breath changes and it is balled. The breathing, that yogi’s function of breathing in and out, it stops, it is balled,1 and then after a few seconds, then that ball (balled breath) rushes down in the central vein in the spine.

Yesterday 8th September was Gurudev Sivananda Saraswatiji's 128th birthday.

It was a day to honor the Guru his way, we performed asanas n 54 Sun Salutations and postponed our this month's Hungry Hearts Charity food donation frm 5th to 8th to celebrate his special day by his philosophy of

"Serve, Love, Give, Purify, Meditate, Realise" - Sivananda.

Today's lunar eclipse starts at 8.58 PM, is at the maximum at 11.43 PM n ends at 2.25 AM on 8th September.

Sutak in Bangalore starts at 1 PM on Sunday 7th September n one is advised to not eat after that untill the completion of grahan n after the final bath n visiting a temple.

Ideally 3 baths are to be taken at the beginning, at the Grahan's peak n after it's completion. If three baths are not practical due to illness or old age atleast the one after the completion is advised.

KINDLY LOOK INTO PERSONALIZED PANCHANG FOR YOUR LOCATION FOR ACCURATE DATE N TIMINGS OF GRAHAN OR ON "HINDU CALENDAR" ON ANDROID.

Grahan time is highly potent n extremely beneficial for asana, pranayama, mantrajapa n dhyana. If initiated into any spiritual paths, please do ur prescribed sadhanas during grahan while breaking for a quick baths inbetween. Ritualistic worship like puja is to be avoided.

All food grains n edible items at home has to be protected by adding either darba or Tulsi leaves in each of the containers of groceries n eatable items in kitchen n in the fridge.

The most effected rashis n nakshatras during these grahan are

Kumbha Rashi (Aquarius):

Effect - Emotional turbulence, mood swings, relationship strain.

Remedy - Recite Shiva Mantras and offer water to Shiva Lingam

2. Simha Rashi (Leo):

Effect - Possible financial ups and downs.

Remedy - Donate white-coloured items like rice or sugar to the needy.

3. Vrishabha Rashi (Ta**us):

Effect - Health needs attention, particularly related to digestion.

Remedy - Offer milk at temples or to Brahmins post eclipse.

4. Vrischika Rashi (Scorpio):

Effect - Unexpected obstacles in career or personal projects.

Remedy - Chant the Hanuman Chalisa.

Nakshatras Affected by Chandra Grahana 2025

Since the eclipse is occurring in Purva Bhadrapada Nakshatra, natives of the following Nakshatras should be cautious:

Purva Bhadrapada Nakshatra: Direct impact leading to emotional disturbances or confusion. Remedy: Worship Lord Vishnu and chant the Purusha Sukta.

Shatabhisha Nakshatra: Minor disturbances in routine activities.

Uttara Bhadrapada Nakshatra: Financial planning required to avoid unnecessary expenses.

Wishing everyone a blessed Gurupurnima 2025.

Our mobile was not working past couple of days so we've just created n uploaded a video on our Guruparampara n Gurumandala Gurupurnima 2025.

As always we've made apt changes to last year's video with a couple of deletions as we found out that some were not our parampara such as Bihar Yoga (they NEVER were our parampara as Shivaniji is ONLY trained by Sivananda Yoga n NOT Bihar Yoga n Bihar Yoga were NEVER promised Shivaniji's hscopeyogas whole she's alive as it solely belongs to Panchami Trust) and

Sringeri Shankarmutt\Sharadapeetham who are not Shivaniji's matha since 2016 13th February when she got her purnadeeksha in Srividyaupasana n gurupadukas as photo of her Paramguruji Amritanandanatha Saraswati, as her Swaguru Seshan's purnadeeksha name is Amritapadananda. Sringeri Sharadapeetham too aren't entitled to Shivaniji's hscopeyogas for their vidhushekarabharati or for anyone else as she's NEVER received any mantradeeksha from them. Shivaniji has in 2023 established Adishankaracharya Mandiram which is an independent Shankarmutt that solely belongs to Panchami Trust.

It was Seshan guruji who freed her horoscope yogas frm isha foundation n jaggivasudev in 2017 which was wrongfully stolen by jaggivasudev in 1993 n hence Isha foundation or jaggivaudev or any of their kuladipatis aren't entitled to Shivaniji's horoscope yogas as jaggivasudev's Guru Dr. Narayan Dutt Shrimali's atma accepted that jaggivasudev had wronged Shivaniji in 1992 and not only freed her and her horoscope yogas from jaggivasudev n ishafoundation but also gave adipatya of isha foundation to her as jaggivasudev had built isha foundation frm Shivaniji's stole horoscope yogas, it's a different issue that jaggivasudev hasn't handed over isha foundation to her and got her trapped into runas during Covid and is looking to sort this out soon).
