Our training team attended Udemy’s flagship event, FWD. The event brought together HR, L&D, and tech leaders to explore how learning continues to drive meaningful business transformation.
 
Our trainers, Kirti Rajeev and Priya Rajput, engaged in a series of insightful sessions. The event began with Udemy setting the tone by speaking about creating a new operating system for learning. The sessions that followed explored the evolving landscape of learning and its impact on talent development. Moreover, it further emphasized the need for a transformation in mindset as times are changing.
The event provided direction that will help us enhance our learning system in ways that will enable our employees tap into their highest potential.
 
Being a part of FWD was a valuable experience for us. It not only strengthened our perspective on transformation but also helped us stay aligned with the emerging shifts across learning and technology. Through every demo and story, we witnessed how ideas create impact when guided by purpose. Demos across teams showcased meaningful progress including refreshed interfaces and effortless user journeys to value-driven experiences and solutions that simplify life for back-of-house teams. Flavours, Fun & a Whole Lot of Heart @ the Glitz & Glam!

The Glitz & Glam celebration at SmartQ was a true feast for the senses! From Eat Raja’s refreshing juices to the irresistible street-style delights by Gangotri Chaats, and the grand gala dinner curated by Goldfinch Hotel, every counter added its own burst of flavour and joy. The 11th floor came alive with colour, aroma, and laughter- a space where every bite carried the spirit of festivity.

Beyond food, the celebration was filled with creativity and connection- with pottery, spin art, mehndi, and photo booths adding a playful charm to the evening. Each corner invited people to explore, express, and celebrate together, creating memories that will last long after the lights dimmed.

Adding meaning to the merriment, the Foundation brought purpose to the celebration through their stall of locally made, sustainable products, inspiring everyone to celebrate responsibly and with heart.

The evening was a beautiful blend of flavours, experiences, and emotions, making it truly unforgettable for every employee and their loved ones.

Glitz & Glam: A Diwali Celebration of Togetherness

At SmartQ, we believe festivals are all about togetherness, not just celebrating with our teams, but with their families too. This Diwali, we hosted “Glitz & Glam”, an evening brimming with joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories for our employees and their loved ones.

The celebration sparkled with Diwali-themed activities for both kids and adults, complemented by indulgent treats like chaat, beetroot jalapeño bombs, a flowing chocolate fountain, and more. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to make the evening truly special.

The magic didn’t stop in Bengaluru, Glitz & Glam lit up our offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, and Hyderabad on 17th and 18th October, making it a pan-India celebration of lights, love, and togetherness. Here’s to many more moments that bring us closer as one big wholehearted team.

Our two-day Diwali celebration kicked off in style with the Grand Master Chef Challenge, where employees showcased their culinary creativity and skills, judged by renowned chefs Raj Sethia and Pandey. The energy, enthusiasm, and camaraderie set the perfect tone for an event that will be remembered for years to come.
 
Day 2 brought the ultimate Glitz & Glam experience with fun stalls, interactive games like Casino and Jenga, creative activities including Pottery and Spin Art, Mehandi, and Instant Photo Booths. The 11th Floor was alive with laughter, joy, and festive cheer, making it a special day for employees and their families alike.

The festive spirit wasn’t limited to Bangalore, teams in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Chennai and Hyderabad joined in, making Glitz & Glam a grand, nationwide celebration. Across all locations, SmartQ employees came together to create unforgettable moments of joy, togetherness, and engagement!

Through a collaboration with aidbees, we’ve enabled change by hosting a pop-up store featuring NGO products presented by Raj Uphaar, a women-led venture. Drives social impact while also enhancing employee engagement within the SmartQ cafeteria.

Hosting our Global Stakeholders at our SmartQ office was a proud moment for us as we welcomed leaders from Compass India and Compass Group Leadership – Solutions and Technology teams.
 
The visit created space for meaningful conversations and strategic alignment, where we reflected on future focus areas, exchanged perspectives, and strengthened our shared vision.
