Crossroads is a premiere Counselling and Training Centre. Ever since its foray, the aim of Ms Bindu Reddy, the brainchild, Director and Founder of this centre has been in treating and improving the quality of a person’s life in its entirety. She along with her team strives to help people in reaching out to themselves, being aware of their personality, feelings and abilities. Through continued education as well as experience they have created know-how in counselling individuals with specific requirements. Feelings such as compassion, joy and happiness are welcomed via all yet often one feels alone due to unwelcomed feelings like despair, jealousy, guilt and anger. Ms Bindu and her team specialize to navigate the often overwhelming and confusing sea of emotions that human beings face and give their 100% to help them connect with their inner wisdom to enable them in making healthy and mindful choices. Ms Bindu Reddy holds a Master’s degree in HRD and Counselling Psychology and is a trained and experienced Holistic Counselling Psychologist. Over the years she worked both as a Behavioural Trainer and Counsellor in a private company as well as a corporate trainer and OD consultant in different consultancies. She is well-versed in working with an array of personal concerns like psycho-social related issues, parenting styles, assertiveness, time management, stress management amid others changes and difficulties that can leave people unsure or uncertain of which choices or decisions they need to take in life. Besides she is also a renowned corporate behavioural trainer. She is not only a voracious reader but also has passion for painting, listening to music and loves travelling. What We Offer:
