We’re excited to present the third of five workshops in our series: Emotional Body Atlas.

This session invites you to explore what a dysregulated nervous system feels like and how we somatically experience our emotions and the world.

Together, we’ll tune inwards to notice how we somatically experience the world, mapping where emotions live in the body and how they shift when we offer them attention and care. Unlike our earlier, more interaction-focused workshops, this one is primarily intrapersonal – a gentle homecoming to yourself, held in a shared, supportive space.

We are gearing up for the second workshop in our series: The Story in My Hands

Story in My Hands is an experiential, expressive journey. Through storytelling, creative arts, and simple puppet-making, we'll gently explore the narratives that have shaped our identities - the ones we've inherited, absorbed, or outgrown - and we'll begin to rewrite them from a place of agency and compassion.

As always, you do not have to be an artist to benefit.

Hello! Our first of 5 mental health workshops scheduled for November is taking place this Sunday on 16th November 2025 at Cubbon Park, 8am.

‘Dreamscapes and Doodles’ will be a space to reimagine what safety means and through arts we’ll co-create a dreamscape; a gentle escape as its container. It is a therapeutic workshop rooted in Arts.

You do not have to be an artist to participate. These sessions are open to everyone above the age of 16, and at the heart of it all is community;coming together to co-create a warm, supportive space at Mayahs' Universe 🦋
