Foxtail Idli topped with raisins, grated carrot & finely chopped coriander leaves-1 cup Foxtail: less than 1/2 cup black urad: 3-4 spoons methi seeds -> soak millet for 6hrs & other ingredients for 3-4hrs in water. Method-> Grind millet to small rava consistency & transfer to mixing bowl. Now grind urad + methi + 2 fist of washed red rice flakes + 2 fist of washed poori(mandakki) to fine paste & transfer to the same mixing bowl. Add salt as per taste, stir well. Keep it aside for 8hrs to ferment. The dough is ready to prepare foxtail Idlis.
