Role Overview
We are looking for a detail oriented and analytical Manager-Reconciliation, Specialist to lead and oversee the reconciliation team, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial transactions across systems.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation processes
✅ Lead and manage the end-to-end reconciliation process across various accounts.
✅ Identify and resolve reconciliation issues as per processing guidelines and documentation standards.
✅ Analyze and correct discrepancies before final processing of claims or financial statements.
✅ Ensure data accuracy across all systems and financial records
✅ Develop and implement best practices and process improvements in reconciliation workflows.
✅ Oversee the preparation of monthly MIS, dashboards, reconciliation status reports and exception summaries for senior management.
✅ Support external and internal audits related to reconciliation processes.
✅ Participate in team meetings and provide updates on reconciliation performance and issues.
What We’re Looking For
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with Masters
💼 3+ years proven experience in reconciliation management or similar financial operations roles.
🧩 Strong understanding of reconciliation processes, financial systems, and accounting principles.
🤝 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
