the persons caring for their aging parents,

the fathers who nurture and protect their kids and their community,
single parents doing double duty,
the childless persons who care for the wellbeing of others,
to those who show kindness to animals,
those friends who are unwavering in their love and support; through sickness, loss, despair and rock bottom,
to those who open their homes to the immigrants and refugees fleeing war and famine,
to those who choose love over hate every, single time!

To mother is to hold, to allow, to love unconditionally, to forgive, to have compassion, to nurture, and so much more.
