NT Scan with First trimester Anomaly screening
Most important ultrasound during pregnancy
Done between 11 wks to 13 wks 6 days
(Best time is 12 wks 5 days to 13 wks 4days)

1. For screening (mainly Trisomy 21 Down Syndrome) with Nuchal translucency/ Nasal Bone / DV and Tricuspid Doppler combined with Double / Quadruple (1T) marker test- First trimester combined screening.
2. screening (Uterine artery Doppler+ Mean Arterial Blood pressure + Maternal factors)
3. Fetal screening - to detect major structural defects in fetus or to ensure normalcy of developing foetus
