Overcoming : A Journey Through and :
It's common for us to feel grief when something we value is lost or unattainable.
One evening at 8 PM, I received a call. Through tears, a woman confided in me, saying she couldn't live, only staying alive for her daughter. She felt like jumping from her apartment building. Hearing her words, I immediately sent her a su***de helpline number. The next day, when she came to my office, I listened to her entire story of pain.
Anusha (name changed), a woman in her 40s, has an 8-year-old daughter. Unexpectedly, her husband was admitted to the hospital with chest pain. Within a short time of being admitted, he suddenly passed away. This small family, brimming with love and joy, found it impossible to digest such a tragedy! A heavy burden fell upon Anusha's shoulders. Her daughter was young, and there was no expectation of help from other relatives. Having lived intimately and harmoniously with her husband like a sparrow, she felt utterly confused and trapped in deep grief. She couldn't sleep and even experienced chest pains herself. She felt as though her beloved husband was still talking to her.
The Connection Between Our Pain and Past Lives:
Our current pain often has a close connection to our Past Lives. Anusha's past life involved experiencing a solitary existence filled with grief. When we explored this, it was revealed that in that past life, a woman had witnessed her father being shot and killed right in front of her. This past life personality felt utterly alone, thinking, "I have no one." As we healed this past life's father and daughter, Anusha realized that her current husband was, in fact, her father from that past life. Her current husband also understood this and was able to move forward on his journey with light. Anusha was then able to bid him farewell with a full heart. After coming out of this deep regression, Anusha experienced a profound sleep that night, something she hadn't had in many months.
The next day, she informed me, "My grief has disappeared! I miss my husband, but a bright future awaits me." A feeling of fulfillment washed over me.
Everything is about our emotions. Isn't it true that with in every problem lies its solution?
Thank you!
