As many of us are aware of this condition (also mostly misunderstood ), this is characterised by widespread Musculoskeletal pain. It also accompanied by Fatigue ,Sleep ,Memory and Mood issues .
Usually seen in Women more than Men.

This often begins after an event - a physical trauma , surgery , any infection or significant psychological stress.

Symptoms usually accumulate over time .
Also with : tension headaches , TMJ disorders,IBS,Anxiety,Depression

NO Cure!!! Can be Managed well
EXERCISE
RELAXATION
STRESS-REDUCTION MEASURES.
ALONG WITH HOMOEOPATHY TREATMENT

What can be eaten and avoided?
Eat fruits and vegetables.
Stay hydrated.
Avoid Caffeine.
Avoid Milk products.

WINTER MANAGEMENT
