In these hard day's of lockdown, people are getting bored, no physical work, worried about health.

But my YOGA students are so committed that they are practising everyday. Few through skype , few at home. Happy to say they are so confident and healthy in their mind, body and breathing through asanas, pranayama and meditation.

Here is a compilation of asanas they have done in their home during lockdown.

It's a tribute to Lord Shiva from whom Yoga had started.
