👉Sitting in any comfortable meditative posture, for example, Thunderbolt Pose (Vajrasana), Lotus Pose (Padmasana), & Auspicious Pose (Swastikasana).

👉The neck and spine should be comfortably erect.

👉Entire awareness should be focused on the breath.

👉Place your hands comfortably on your knees.

👉Keep your palms facing down towards the ground.

👉Now, slowly and gently join your index finger and thumb.

👉This way, you create a circle in both of your hands.

👉Keep the remaining fingers comfortably extended.

👉But don’t forget to be gentle with yourself.

👉Slowly & comfortably close your eyes.

👉Bring your awareness to the breath and breathe as deeply as you can.

👉Now, if you feel comfortable, you can add Om (Aum) mantra chanting for deeper concentration or practice various Pranayamas and meditations with it.

Sit comfortably on your yoga mat in a meditative position such as the lotus pose (padmasana) or easy pose (sukhasana). Your spine should be straight and your head properly aligned.

Close your eyes and place your hands on your thighs or knees with palms up.

Join the tip of the thumb to the tips of the ring and middle finger on both hands. The index finger and little finger should be kept straight, yet relaxed. Keep moderate pressure on the tips.

Initially hold the mudra for a minimum of 10 minutes. Extend this duration up to 20 minutes.

Slowly separate your finger and keep your eyes closed for another couple of minutes.

Sit in silence before you get up from your position.

Sit in a comfortable seated position with a straight spine and neck.

Close your eyes and focus your attention at your third eye, at the point between your brows.

Become aware of your breath and proceed to breathe for several counts deeply, allowing the air to fill your lungs deeply, expanding your abdomen on the inhale and contracting it on the exhale.

Allow the left arm to relax by your side. Using the right hand, block the left nostril with ring finger.

Inhale slowly and deeply through the right nostril.

Retain the breath for a few seconds. Caution: do not hold the breath if you experience hypertension or high blood pressure.

Open the left nostril and close the right nostril with the thumb, exhaling slowly.

Repeat steps 6-7 for a one to three minutes.

Release the right arm to the side and take several regular breaths before opening your eyes.
