Meet Pi: The dog who saved 50,000 lives and is now on a mission to save a million!

Happy 10th Birthday to Pi, whose mischievous spirit and curiosity laid the foundational bricks of what Dozee is today!

Ten years ago, after our first prototype showed promise, we went out to celebrate. To keep it safe from Pi (who, back then, was a mischievous puppy with a serious chewing problem), we tucked it under the mattress. When we returned, we found Pi sleeping on top of it, and—to our surprise—his heartbeat faintly detected in the signal. That’s when we knew—Dozee could go below the mattress too!

From that day on, Pi’s heartbeat became the pulse of our journey. Today, Dozee is adopted by 300+ hospitals, monitoring 16,000+ beds across 4 countries. We’ve tracked over 1 million patients, saved 10 million+ nursing hours, and delivered 35,000+ life-saving alerts.
As we continue setting global healthcare standards, we remain focused on our mission to save a million lives with Dozee HealthAI. Here’s to Pi, to our roots, and to the exciting future we’re building together—hopefully with fewer chewed-up prototypes along the way!
