Every Sunday morning we roll up our yoga mat and meet at Inorbit Mall, Whitefield, Bangalore, to celebrate our happiness and the bliss of having gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji, in our lives. A little aerobics, a little practice of yoga asanas, some breathing exercise followed by pranayam and Sudarshan kriya is what we do. Call it personality development, call it spiritual awakening or call it the
grace of guruji, we end up totally stress free by deep relaxation. That is not all. We celebrate all Hindu festivals, have a guru puja every thursday and have a Rudra puja from time to time. We organize the Happiness Course, the signature course from Sri Sri Ravi Shankar himself, every month. Apart from this several other courses of Art of Living like Divya Samaj ka Nirman, Sahaj Samadhi etc. are also organized by us from time to time.
