Thanks for appreciation given by number of learned and learning profs.
Now I propose the Faculty Development Workshop for Transformation of major stakeholders of education.
I have placed below details of the 2-Day FDW for appreciation of the need and process for bringing transformation.

2-Day FDW on “Introduction to Effective Learning Methodology”

Introduction
The classroom is a dynamic environment, bringing together students from different backgrounds with various abilities and personalities. Being an effective teacher therefore requires the implementation of creative and innovative teaching strategies in order to meet students’ individual needs.
Whether you’ve been teaching two months or twenty years, it can be difficult to know which teaching strategies will work best with your students. As a teacher there is no ‘one size fits all’ solution, so here is a range of effective teaching strategies you can use to inspire your classroom practice.
At the same time Most of the today’s youth in Higher Education is interested in getting degrees and job without any efforts. This is the personal experience that after admission most of the students want to get their degrees at home by courier. Around 15% of the students are interested in learning. One of the parameters for rewarding teachers is the feedback ratings from the student.
The hard working teachers are also strict in class room management, attendance, evaluation etc therefore they are the least liked by the most of the uninterested students.
The biggest challenge for any teacher is capturing each student’s attention, and conveying ideas effectively enough to create a lasting impression.
Innovation is defined as “the process of making changes to something established by introducing something new.” It applies to “radical or incremental changes to products, processes or services.” Over the years there have been many changes in the way education is designed and delivered in parts of the world.
Innovative teaching is necessary for the present and future of education to help students to reach their full potential. Innovative teaching is a necessity for all teachers in order to meet the educational needs of the new generations.

Teaching Methodologies
There are different teaching methodologies to be used for the children and the students (Primary and Secondary levels) to UG/PG and Research Scholars. Whereas at present the methods used are similar from KG to PG and Research. In the process students remain students and don’t transform to Adult and Learner (Adult Learner) because teacher remains teacher.
Therefore Teacher needs to be transformed to facilitator and student are to be helped by the facilitator to transform to Adult and then Leaner.

Objective
The objective of the workshop is to create awareness about the present methodology and need for change and a deeper appreciation about the urgency for the change.

There number of articles which are enlightening a little more about the assumptions of futuristic requirements of HRD.
Awareness is the first step of understanding the needs for shift and change.
There is an immediate (urgent) need to bring changes in higher education by transforming teaching methodology, student (child) transformation to Adult and Learner, Redesigning (neither painting, polishing nor making up) Age old curriculum to make it futuristic than to keeping it historic.
This is possible only by having rigorous researched by all educationists and teachers to add the future requirements.
Reprogramming parents mind for focusing on right goals for their children.
Off course the institutions have to take commitment to change in spite of some setback to see the improvements in future.

Any profession needs passion to excel.
Most of the teachers are not by choice but chance therefore the do not get their passion to support the profession.
At the same time lack of appropriate training programs do not help teachers by chance to develop passion.
I would request to the educationists and the institutions to take initiative to organise at least two-week program to develop passion and “Transformation of teachers to Facilitators” who could transform “Students to Adult Learners’ “
I have conducted both the programs in Bangladesh universities.
Ready to offer in India being in Bangalore.
Expect people will join hands with me in this campaign to make higher education futuristic.
