Emerge Vocational Skills P Ltd is a subsidiary of Emerge group, affiliated to NSDC as a Training Partner. In line with the founded principles of NSDC, EVS aspires to provide training and skill enhancement for promoting employment and/or entrepreneur opportunities to people. EVS has identified to deliver its expertise in the following five major sectors; namely Finance and Accounting, Hotel management, Electronics, Food processing and Healthcare. EVS is determined to transform people through life enabling skills and enhance their growth prospects through sustained training for better employments. Our activities would ensure employment, enhance career path and develop entrepreneurs in urban and rural areas across the country. . We propose to grow beyond our current training service verticals viz. Finance & Accounting, Electronics, & Hotel management, and venture into growing verticals like Food Processing, Healthcare and Education Services in the next 3 to 5 years. In this endeavour we have definite plans to position us on pan India through 30 own campuses and 110 Associate campuses over the next ten years across 14 states. All the businesses of emerge are aligned to the vision so as to contribute to the social and economic development of India. Emerge is an ISO certified vocational and skill training/development Company has its significant presence across India and also accredited by the National Skill Development Council in its endeavour to create 150 million skilled manpower by the year 2020. Hence, it has decided to take its next leap working with Government of India through an engagement with NSDC. As part of this initiative, Emerge proposes to set up “Emerge Vocational Skills Centres” to address the demand of skilled workforce in the Services Sectors and for Service roles in all sectors. Scale and Scope of this new initiative are:
o 140 Centres will be set-up in Towns with population of 1,00,000 or more. o Train 4,30,000 people in the next 10 Years; Capacity of 43000/a year. o Attractive and feasible pricing to create mass market across the country. o Sectors addressed are: Hospitality & Food Processing, Banking Financial Services and Insurance & Electronics and Healthcare.
