Completed a Faculty Development program on Basic Life Support skills at Dr. Magdum Homeopathy Medical College & Hospital, Sangli with support from Laerdal. The enthusiasm and energy of the Principal, Vice-principal, Dr. Pranav, Dr. Gazala and other senior faculty were very high, making it an extremely promising TOT skills training program!

Skills Training at Sri Madhusudan Sai Institute of Medical Sciences & Research :
Sri Madhusudan Sai Nursing College students performed urinary catheterisation procedure. This training program was supported by Accreate Labs and Laerdal. Training 130 participants on a standardised OSCE protocol and assessing their performance was a very involved and demanding process. But, thanks to the support of 18 faculty members from Sri Madhusudan Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, the training, supervised practice and performance assessment went well!
