Wellspring: an inexhaustible source of abundant supply that leads to fullness of life in every sense of the world through NLP and Mr. Leo Lobo, M.Sc.

The NLP training given experientially by Dr. Cynthia Gonsalves, Psy.D., Dr. Stephen Titus, Ph.D. aims to assist participants in their spontaneous, natural movement towards the actualisation of the inherent potential for wholeness. It is the conviction of the trainers that the Wellspring exists in each individual and the natural movement is towards that. The training is to assist and accompany the

participants in their inner pilgrimage to the Wellspring. Besides, our aim is to prepare the participants to become skilled in understanding subjective maps of inner experience, namely, how people think, learn, motivate themselves, interact, communicate and make conscious choices leading to happy, meaningful, healthy and fulfilled lives in every sphere of life, including personal, relational, and professional.The method of training is experiential. The participants learn by doing.

The Gestalt Part-1 program for 2025 was held in March at KROSS, Bengaluru. Participants had a fun time understanding the basics of Gestalt. We look forward to their renewed participation in Part-2 of this program starting April 11, 2025. Our facilitators Dr. Cynthia Gonsalves and Dr. Stephen Titus held fort as these participants learnt, experimented and experienced the power of Gestalt in altering the course of life's journey.
