A CASE OF EXCESSIVE WEAR WITH LOSS OF VERTICAL DIMENSION OF OCCLUSION, COLLAPSE OF FACIAL COTOUR, DROOPINGCORNERS, NON-VITAL TEETH etc.

Steps follwed-
-ROOT CANALS DONE TO ALL TEETH EXCEPT FEW WITH MULTIPLE FOLLOW UPS
-FIBER POST's irt upper ant's
-BITE PLATES PLACED TO GAIN VERTICAL DIMENSION OF 3MM
-TEMPORARY CROWNS
- UPPER AND LOWER ANTERIOR porcelain CEMENTED ADJUSTING TO NEW INCREASED VD.
-QUADRANT WISE CERAMIC CROWNS WERE REPLACED FOR POSTERIORS 1 AND 3, FOLLWED BY 2ND & 4TH WITH A GAP OF 15 DAYS EACH.
-6YEARS OF FOLLOW UP DONE PERIODICALLY.
-a case which will remain forever close to my heart even though i had done other fullmouthrehab cases.
