The main object of the parishath is to render Financial and other assistance for promotion of education, health, and other social welfare measures which shall include the following objects.
* To assist poor maratha students to pursue their studies by providing Scholarship, Hostel facilities, books and all others requirement of students for studies.
* To help the poor orphans, physically and mentally handicap person, Widow and disabled persons by providing in cash or kind, supply of cloth food , shelter and for persons of chronic disease.
* To carryout the above object service financial sources have to be established. Keeping this in view, our parishath leaders approached the Hon’ble Karnataka Government for the allotment of Land/site at free cost. The then Chief Minister Late. Devaraj Urs sympathetically considering our objects to help the poor students and people graciously allotted. 1 Acre of Land at Mille Tank Bund area. In the said allotment of land, K.K.M.P. has constructed Sri.Amba Bhavani Temple, Subsequently for generating funds, during the regime of Late. V.A. Subba Rao Sathe, President, Block “A” building having Basement, Ground Floor and First Floor facing Millers Road was constructed. In these buildings. Industrial Training Centre (I.T.C.) and Ladies Tailoring classes were started. After this, during the tenure of Dr. Shivaji Rao, President, Some of our prominent Maratha leaders such as Sri.P.G.R. Sindhya, Sri.S.R.More approached during the then Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri. Sharad Pawar of Maharastra Government for financial assistance for construction of further buildings.
