We are not struggling with relationships…
we are struggling with understanding. 💭

Had the privilege of facilitating a beautiful, honest, and deeply engaging workshop:

✨ Lost in Translation: Decoding Relationships ✨

A room full of people…
but more importantly — a room full of real conversations.

💡 One powerful reminder from the session:

Sometimes, it’s not what we say…
it’s how it is heard.

A small shift like:

“Help me understand…”
instead of
“Why are you doing this?”

…can change everything.

❤️ We laughed
🤝 We reflected
🌱 We connected

And maybe… just maybe…
we all left with a little more understanding than we came with.

When organisations choose conversations that are uncomfortable, they also choose growth.
And that’s exactly what Real Leadership looks like.

Recently, I had the opportunity to design and deliver a large-scale workshop for Palo Alto Networks on the theme: “Men as Allies: Creating the ‘We’ Culture.”

This is not a conventional topic. And that’s precisely why it matters.

I deeply admire organisations like Palo Alto Networks that have the foresight and courage to move beyond surface-level inclusion—and invest in conversations that reshape culture at its core.

The workshop was delivered in a hybrid format—live in Bangalore, with participants joining virtually from across India. What stood out was the level of engagement: highly interactive, reflective, and participative across both formats.

Together, we explored:
• Moving from passive support to Active Allyship
• Building psychological safety through shared ownership, not gendered responsibility
• Leveraging emotional intelligence and confidence as collective leadership assets
• Creating a “We Culture” where inclusion is not an initiative—but a lived experience

At the core of the session was a framework I designed on: ‘With Great Power, Comes Great Responsibility’. We often carry the idea that Heroes must be responsible but we seldom remember that a responsible individual carries heroism within her/him.

Not all the work we do in therapy is to show us where we may need to heal from the past. Sometimes, therapy can also be empowering to remind us how much we are worth and how capable we are. 💜
