40 Years Female presented with recurrent headache , incidentally diagnosed with Partially thrombosed Giant Right ICA aneurysm , underwent Endovascular Flow divertor ,angio confirmed post FD placement stasis in aneurysm sac , patient discharged without any deficits

YOUNG STROKE:

34 yrs male presented to emergency with sudden onset complete weakness in left Upper limb and lower limb with facial deviation. MRI brain showed evolving infarct in Right MCA territory with acute occlusion of Right MCA , patient underwent mechanical thrombectomy , patient immediately recovered completely and now back to his routine because of timely intervention .

Stroke in young patients has long-term socioeconomic consequences, timely intervention can prevent such consequences.

52 years male presented with sudden onset headache with altered sensorium. Patient intial GCS on presentation was E2V2M5 , CT brain showed diffuse SAH , DSA showed ruptured left ICA bifurcation aneurysm with incidentaly diagnosed Rt A1 antero-superiorly directed aneurysm. Rt A1 aneurysm coiled using marathon microcatheter with baricade coils. Post coiling showed no flow into aneurysm with good distal flow. Postop CT brain on 7th day showed complete resolution of SAH. Patient discharged without any neurodeficit

42yrs male 3 days post coronary stenting developed sudden onset quadriparesis with drowsiness , MRI Brain showed DWI changes in bilateral PCA territory with changes in midbrain and cerebellum and complete occlusion of distal basilar artery. Mechanical Thrombectomy done using Solumbra technique.

46 yrs femle presented with aneurysmal rupture with diffuse SAH and IVH , DSA showed Rt MCA bifurcation bilobed aneurysm , patient underwent balloon assisted coiling of aneurysm. Post coiling angio showed no filling of aneurysm with good distal flow, patient had unveventful recovery.

44 years female with interhemispheric SAH, DSA showed two DACA aneurysm and incidentally diagnosed right ICA aneurysm. All aneurysms coiled in single sitting. Patient had uneventful recovery.
