Urgently looking for a front-desk person for a physiotherapy clinic in Malleshwaram.
We need a person who feels comfortable interacting with patients of all ages and their families. Our patients are infants to elderly age group.
Need a person who can make every patient feel comfortable at our clinic with their empathetic attitude.
Need a dependable person who will come in at 7:45am Mon-Sat to open the clinic and close the clinic at 5:15pm
Work timing will be 7:45am-5:15pm Monday to Saturday
Clinic is on 17th cross, above malleshwaram west post office. Our clinic is a quiet and spacious setup. It is ideal for a person who likes to read or do some learning during the time when there is not much work.
Job responsibilities
- Patient scheduling
- Patient interaction over the phone and in-person
- Assisting physiotherapist for treatment setups
- Keeping the clinic tidy
- Uploading patient data and records on the computer daily
- tracking payments/accounts daily
Skills required
- Good communication nd listening Skills
- English and Kannada language is a must
- Computer skills of Word, spreadsheets and document scanning and uploading is required
- knowledge of social media posting is helpful
