“SELF REGULATION" with task means how well a child can stay calm, focused, and complete an activity even when challenges happen.
🏡 At Home
Morning routine: Getting dressed, brushing teeth without meltdowns.
Mealtime: Waiting for food to be served, using cutlery, trying new foods calmly.
Playtime: Taking turns, following game rules, stopping the play when time ends.
Bedtime routine: Transitioning to sleep without tantrums!
🏫 At School
Circle time: Sitting quietly, listening to teacher.
Writing tasks: Staying focused and ability to continue for adequate duration
Group activities: Sharing materials, waiting for turn.
Transitions: Moving from playground to class without resistance!
