* Learn to integrate breath into our āsana practice by exploring foundational principles of breathing in āsanas
* Recognise and correct dysfunctional breathing patterns that show up off the mat in everyday life
* Understand how breath influences the nervous system, mental clarity, and emotional well-being
About the facilitator
Aparna Ravikumar is a certified RYS 500 Yoga Teacher, practising yoga for the past 9 years. She practices from a tradition that uses the breath as its central focus. The transformative power of breath has had a profound impact on her, sparking a deep curiosity about it. This interest has inspired her to undertake the Breath Science Practitioner Course with Martin from the School of Breath Sciences in Australia.
