Because, let's be honest, our lives are rarely picture-perfect Instagram squares, and that's okay! This space is for celebrating the beautiful mess that is motherhood. The burnt dinners, the epic meltdowns (both ours and theirs!), and the moments of pure, unadulterated exhaustion. But amidst the chaos, there's the unwavering love, the whispered stories at bedtime, and the fierce protectiveness that makes us irreplaceable to our little ones. Join me as we embrace the imperfections that make us real, relatable, and ultimately, the perfect mothers our children need. Let's share our stories, laugh together, and support each other on this incredible, messy, and oh-so-rewarding journey!

And somewhere out there, there’s probably a scared sixteen-year-old sitting in an admission hall. Wondering if everything will be okay....??? If I could tell her anything, it would be this. Yes, it will be. Not just okay. It will be beautiful. Every fear. Every challenge. Every moment of uncertainty is preparing you to help someone else when their time comes.

Trust the journey. The circle always completes itself.

This is not a story where I tell you I have figured it all out. The truth is, I am still somewhere in the middle. I am trying.

My old life followed a clear blueprint. One I had not drawn but quietly inherited. Go to a good engineering college. Get a safe corporate job. Start climbing. And for years, I was the perfect stude…

Men and their “I’m fine” routine is super classic. They won’t talk, won’t share, and definitely won’t admit they’re stressed. Instead, they keep everything bottled up until frustration spills out in the most dramatic way possible.

There are no universities offering degrees in "Guaranteed Happiness for Loved Ones," right? It hurts to see them stressed, weighed down, or simply going through the motions.....

Looking around, I see the weight on everyone’s shoulders – the deadlines that loom, the worries about loved ones, the feeling like there just aren’t enough hours in the day. It makes my…

We dream about tiny fingers wrapped around ours, picture bedtime stories whispered in the dark, and anticipate the joy of those first wobbly steps. But the second time around? The path is familiar, yet the landscape has shifted.

Motherhood. It’s a whirlwind that sweeps you off your feet, transforming you from woman to mama. Our bodies become sanctuaries for new life, our minds adapt to a constant state of “on,&…

Remember that feeling at 15 when your dreams finally felt real? It was like winning the lottery, but instead of cash, it was about getting an education and dealing with a mountain of guilt from Papa. Yep, that was me when Papa, after weeks of stressing harder than a final exam, managed to scrape together 10,000 rupees for my diploma. Here I was, living my "pocket-sized" dream, while Papa took on all the worries....

This journey is about shedding the pressure to be everything to everyone. It's about acknowledging our vulnerabilities and weakness, but a testament to our humanity. It's about accepting the beautiful chaos of motherhood.

Motherhood is a whirlwind. A beautiful, messy, laughter-filled, heart-wrenching whirlwind. It’s a constant dance between sacrifice and fulfilment, a journey of learning and growth unlike any …

There will be challenges, But seeing the spark in my son's eyes, I know one thing: we'll face them together, hand in hand, discovering our own paths along the way. He'll carry the strength I learned from my past. That's my greatest gift to him..!!

My daily ritual begins with the familiar hustle of departures: backpacks slung, lunches packed, and farewells exchanged. Then that quiet wraps around me like a comforting cloak. My day starts with …

Can you see those hose pipes dangling from the water tanker. Unlike the idyllic images you might imagine, reality had us scrambling like monkeys, each trying to collect a few precious liters of water for our families. That water was like gold, sustaining us for the next 10 days until the tanker came again.

This experience, while from my childhood, is strikingly similar to the water crisis many residents of Bengaluru face today. While Bengaluru's situation may be new, for communities like Walwad, water scarcity has been a harsh reality for generations.

Sometimes life throws curveballs at us, changing our dreams in unexpected ways. Many women dream of motherhood, of nurturing and caring for another life. But the path doesn't always look the way we envision it.

Society often paints motherhood as a singular picture, but love doesn't need a birth certificate. It can blossom in beautiful, unexpected ways. For some, that love comes in the form of four paws, a wagging tail, and a wet nose. Adopting a dog isn't just about gaining a pet; it's about embracing motherhood in a unique and fulfilling way. It's a testament to the maternal instinct that thrives in many forms.

The journey isn't always sunshine and belly rubs (though there are plenty of those!), but it's filled with moments of pure magic. The unconditional love in their eyes, the playful zoomies, and the comforting snuggles - they fill our lives with warmth and purpose. But amidst the chaos, there's magic. The way your pup's tail wags with pure joy at your arrival, the silent promise of companionship in their snuggles, and the unconditional love that shines in their eyes – these moments fill your life with warmth and purpose. This is a chance to shower a deserving creature with love and security. Love you for this..!!!

Remember the iconic Indian artist, M.F. Husain?🎨 Well, let's just say my little guy channeled his inner artist a little too enthusiastically. Yup, at the ripe old age of 4, he decided to redecorate our entire house with his finest crayon masterpieces. Walls, furniture, even the floor—everything became his canvas! Mine just took it to a whole new level. You can see the art (and the artist with his partner in crime) in the picture.

Let's just say, our walls went from "beige and boring" to a vibrant explosion of abstract expressionism. Now, I'm all for fostering creativity, but this masterpiece left me wondering if I accidentally birthed a modern-day M.F. Husain (minus the talent, of course)!

So, what did I do? Did I unleash my inner art critic? Did I have a meltdown? (Spoiler alert: almost!)
Instead, we grabbed some cleaning supplies, put on some music, and turned it into a "Mommy and Daddy's" art cleaning session that lasted for almost a month.

We laughed, and we still laugh when Google pops up these memories in our feeds.🥳🧐🤩

Have your little ones ever surprised you with their unique way of "exploring" your home? This was my tiny human's way of expressing his creativity.
