We master in basic and Advanced Traditional Yoga and also provide weight loss programs and dietary counseling. A young boy who was inspired by and soon followed the footsteps of his grandfather, Dharmendra founded Traditional- The yoga Studio in 2009 with the sole purpose to affect as many lives through pure form of Age old Indian Yoga. Dharmendra has an Masters Degree in Yoga from one of the best university in world and is also a national level Badminton Player. As of Today, there are over 100 national and international clients who opt for various services that the studio offers The Yoga offers wide range of traditional Yoga services. These services include-

"One who possesses faith, is dedicated, and has mastery over the senses attains knowledge; and having attained knowledge, one quickly achieves supreme peace." (Bhagavad Gita 4.39)
Ankita’s incredible transformation journey began long before the visible changes. Hailing from Jabalpur, she initially tried everything to get fit—from early morning walks at Kaipundra Halli Lake to various gym memberships with her husband, Sudhanshu. 🏋️‍♀️
But true change sparked when she met Dharmendra Soni Sir in December 2013.
🌟 A Unique Beginning
Yoga with Dharmendra Soni Sir was different. Ankita jokingly recalls how, in the physical classes, she used to "exercise less and talk a lot". While Sudhanshu was skeptical, Ankita knew something was working. Even through conversation and gentle guidance, she started seeing the weight loss she had been chasing for years!

💪 Ambuja’s Healing Journey – Part 5 (Interview Snippet) 💪

Ambuja recalls that on her first day of Yoga class, even basic stretching felt very difficult for her.

But within just two weeks, she was able to do the same exercises and felt happy about her progress. 🌸
That very day, however, Sir asked her to do a pull–push exercise with another student… and Ambuja lost. 😔

She was shocked, because that student was shorter and lighter than her.
Then she thought –
👉 “It’s okay… this is probably the worst situation people could see about me.”

From that thought, she gained a new kind of confidence –
✨ Whether results come or not,
✨ what truly matters is consistency.

Today, Ambuja says –
🙌 “Earlier I used to give only 10% effort,
now I try with 50%…
and one day I will give my 100% and succeed in everything.”

This self-belief and dedication is what makes her truly happy. 🌿

👉 Meaning: You have the right to perform your duty, but not to the fruits of your actions. Never consider yourself the cause of the results, and never fall into inaction.

🌸 Ambuja’s Healing Journey – Part 4 🌸 🌸 Since childhood, Ambuja often wondered during prayers and pujas at home –
👉 “Isn’t this just about asking for something for ourselves?”

But after joining Therapy Yoga, her perspective shifted beautifully. 🙏
✨ Soni Sir explained it in a simple way –
“Whenever we wish to receive something from someone, we naturally try to make them happy.
In the same way, if we wish for God’s blessings, we express our love and gratitude through prayer and puja.”

This wisdom changed Ambuja’s spiritual outlook.
Now, for her, prayer and puja are not acts of selfishness, but a medium of connection and gratitude. 🌿💫
