InnAccel identifies critical, unmet, healthcare needs, using the Stanford Biodesign process, and initiates research programs on selected clinical needs with large global markets. The selected needs are taken forward to develop a regulatory-certified, world-class, product, deploying InnAccel’s proprietary Product Engineering & Development (PED) platform, in 2 – 3 years. InnAccel’s portfolio comprises 5 novel products addressing a global market of >$5 billion, and addresses conditions that lead to almost a million deaths in India alone each year. InnAccel has over 20 professionals (engineers, designers, clinicians) at its Innovation Center, led by a team that brings together entrepreneurial, technology development, and clinical experience. Our strategic advisory board includes industry leaders, and we have a network of 50+ advisors/ mentors to guide project teams. InnAccel plans to set up 3 Innovation Centers, and initiate over 50 MedTech projects (addressing high-impact, high-value needs), by 2020- enabling us to transform healthcare, and attain global leadership in medical technology for emerging markets, by 2025.
