21st June International yoga day was celebrated by samathvam. In the morning at 7am samathvam yoga group were invited byDeepa Academy for the disabled a school for the visually impaired to do a session with the students and staff of the academy. Though it was early all the children were ready and enthusiastic to begin the session. After that we had a visit to a MNC which had invited Dr.sindur Nagaraj to conduct the 2 back to back sessions with their staff. It was a very satisfying couple of session and the response we received was very encouraging and overwhelming. There were almost 200+ employees that took part in the two sessions. Breakfast was served to all of us between the 2 sessions. After the company visit we proceeded to Dhatrivana for a brief lunch and relaxation before our final halt at Siddhaganga Mutt at Tumkur. We were very lucky to be blessed by swami......... All in all it was an experience which all of us enjoyed to the fullest and retuned home totally satisfied....... Courtesy :*Sangeetha Bhatkal*
