Lyrical Yoga - a combination of yoga and dance. It blends the 'Flow' of Vinyasa yoga and the 'Fluidity' of dance.

It focuses on the connection between breath and body movements, enabling the body to move and flow with ease and grace. It emphasis on micro movements and transitions to explore the awareness, balance and the shift between engaging and letting go of the muscles.

Lyrical Yoga believes that each one of us, has a natural rhythm to our body and this practice will help you discover the flow of your body and explore your own uniqueness. We encourages students to take Yoga off the mats and into their hearts & minds. we conduct classes, workshops and courses.
