Workshop with the Yoga Wheel

⏰ Time: 10 am to 12.30 pm IST

Whether you are a beginner, or an intermediate practitioner of yoga, join us and learn all the fantastic benefits of practicing with a wheel. This specialized workshop includes:

✨ A vinyasa yoga flow using the wheel as we go
✨ Creative techniques to use the Yoga wheel, to help build strength in the whole body as well as assist us into postures which are otherwise demanding
✨ Learning how to safely and efficiently use the wheel for your backbends
✨ Learning how we can use the wheel to help learn headstands and inversions like pinchamayurasana
✨ Finding ways to help open and lengthen muscles to improve flexibility
✨ Closing with a 15 min deep relaxation technique (Yoga Nidra)

About the Facilitator:
Shreyanka Shetty Cherian has been practicing Yoga for about 30 years. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training (YTT300) in 2020. She believes in integrating strength and flexibility, while being present to your body needs. She offers classes to all, from beginners to advanced.

Note: It is recommended you carry your own personal own Yoga Mat supporting your journey. However, there are also few mats available at the studio, in case you don't have one
