Millath Foundation for Health Research and Development (MFHRD)in association with Shifaa Institute of Post Graduate Medical Sceinces, conducted a career counselling program “Career Beyond MBBS, Make your own future” to medicine students in Shifaa Auditorium today i.e. 28.09.2023.
Dr Riyaz Basha S. MD, GMHE (IIM-B), Registrar, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences(RGUHS) was the chief guest and one of the expertise who guest lectured the students. The program was graced by Dr Mushtaq Ahmed, Dr Altaf Ahmed, Dr Ishtiaq Ahmed Khan, Directors of Shifaa Hospital, hosted by Dr Sadiq Shariff, Cardio Thoracic Surgeon, Jayadeva Hospital. Many students showed keen interest and got benefitted from the program which made it a grand success.
There was also a career counselling program for students who wish to pursue career in paramedical sciences.

The 77th Indian Independence Day at Shifaa Hospital was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotism. Flag was hoisted by Chief Guest Dr V C Shanmuganandan Sir, accompanied by Guest of Honour Dr Pramila Gupta madam and Dr Mushtaq Sir. Program started with recitation of Holy Quran followed by welcome address by Dr Altaf sir, Dr Pramila madam addressed the gathering reminding us the great sacrifices of our forefathers and her advice to us all to become “aatmanirbhar” (self sufficient) ethnocentric in other ways.
Dr Shanmuganandan Sir spoke about Unity in Diversity and educated us to be one and serve to Nation as one irrespective of religion caste or creed. Presidential remarks by Mushtaq Sir announcing Pink Card Facility to the society. A perfect gift for aatmanirbhar Bharati. Dr Ishtiaq sir delivered vote of thanks

The culmination of Day - 2 MRCP paces program by Dr Shuja Punekar at Shifaa Hospital Auditorium was with the seminar on the topic “Antibiotic Resistance and Patient Survival in India”.
The program had Dr Asima Banu, Principal of Bangalore Medical College, Dr Jameel a very renowned intensivist, Dr Ishtiaq Ahmed Khan, medical Director and CMD Dr Mushtaq Ahmed sab, Shifaa Hospital.

Shifaa is happy to share with you, The Lions clubs International Foundation has installed a new dialysis machine for the welfare of the deserving patients.
The inaugural program was held today 10.07.2023 at 9 30am at Dialysis Unit, Shifaa Hospital.
Inaugurated by Shri Saleem Ahmed, Working President , Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee; Sri S R Mehroz Khan, Gen Secretary KPCC, Smt Lion Vinutha Prakash, Dist Governor, Lions Foundation and team LCB Greater Kormangala.
Program was presided by Dr Mushtaq Ahmed, CMD Shifaa and hosted by Dr I A Khan, Director Shifaa Hospital.
