Many women with PCOD/PCOS struggle to conceive with high AMH levels.

But what does that really mean?

🧬 AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone) tells us how many egg follicles are present in your ovaries. In simple words, it reflects your egg reserve.

But here's the PCOS twist 👇

In PCOD/PCOS, your ovaries develop many small follicles that fail to mature because of hormonal imbalance. These aren’t true cysts—they’re underdeveloped eggs.

👉 These small follicles produce AMH.
👉 So more immature follicles = Higher AMH.

But your body isn’t ovulating regularly (this is called anovulation), so these follicles just sit there, immature, making your AMH rise.

📉 High AMH doesn’t mean better fertility. In fact, in PCOS, it shows your hormones are out of sync.

✅ So what’s the solution?

Hold for 15-30 seconds while breathing deeply."
