Case Share – Posterior Maxillary Rehabilitation

Patient presented with missing upper right posterior teeth and compromised function.Basal implant-supported rehabilitation planned considering available bone and need for early functional loading.

Three implants placed in the maxillary posterior region, followed by fixed prosthetic restoration to re-establish occlusal support and masticatory efficiency.

Post-operative course uneventful. Patient comfortable and function restored.
