Chained to the Past or worries about the future

I wish many people would know this👉
It's actually you who makes things perfect or redundant. The more you know your worth, and appreciate yourself, the better you contribute to the environment in a positive way.
Self worth if dependent on others validation has a shaky foundation. The moment the other people stop telling you how good you are, you go down. Your constant dependency on others for validation of your actions and opinions causes low self esteem. Think that you are special in your own way. Think how you can make a difference in others lives. Imagine how wonderfully you'll bloom when you'll know your worth :)

I feel there is a huge need in our society for creating a cohesive, well being place where we can discuss our feelings, thoughts, and experiences of personal and professional life. This is not a place for therapy. This just a place where you'll not be judged for what you say and how you feel. You need a friendly ear to pour your day to day difficulties. From handling kids, to juggling between personal and professional life, from overwhelming partners to over controlling boss, we feel the need to talk about the things we face. Going to a therapist is the last resort. I am trying to bring you all into that network where you can vent out without being worried about what other people will think of it.
