Most of them believes that Dental care need to start only with the permanent teeth. Cavity to milk teeth, has not to address as it is going to get replaced soon. But the fact is Dental care starts with the very first day of child birth. Gums of the baby has to be cleaned with clean cotton cloth dipped in warm water, everytime after drinking milk and brushing with kids tooth paste has to start with first milk tooth (deciduous tooth), and early removal of kids tooth is not a ideal treatment to proceed with as it can cause space issues in later stage of life, speech incompetency etc. And first orthodontics ( teeth arrangement treatment) consultation should done at 7 years of age as crowding and space issues can be evaluated and do the needful along with support of bone growth.
