Hegma Dental is not an trust worthy firm. Substandard products is sold by them. Happen to buy Woodpecker Obturation Backfill Gun from them. The day it was delivered it was not functioning properly hence it was returned back for a new device.
Again the device started to give serious issues within few months, Mr. Nikhil Hegdekar ( Co-Founder ) was approached, consumer buys a reputed brand of product expecting the best, but if it starts giving serious issues it is unacceptable.
It was promised to be replaced with a new device, they took the device promising the device will exchanged with new device immediately on receipt of old device. Left with no other option had to accept their conditions, it was requested to send someone from their office to pickup the device but the firm booked the service of PORTER to transport. The pickup was initiated 1week after complaining about faulty device. After pickup they kept me waited for another 1 week, not telling the exact reason of the fault and was assured of an new device from IDS Denied Delhi Office. Everytime only false assurances was given to me and finally it was delivered to me after a lot of persuasion. On the day of delivery of the device i was told new device has been dispatched. After receiving the device i realised it was my old device delivered back to me. The firm claimed they have spent Rs 1200/ to get it repaired. My question is how come the firm have to pay for service and repair when it was in warranty. Isn't it sounding unusual.
Adding to my owes the old device which was delivered by PORTER was badly damaged device box, which itself shows device had an massive fall.
"False assurances was given that the product shall be given with extended warranty of 1 year".
When the owner of HegmaDental has been reached he is not reachable and not picking calls or responding to msgs.
An POLICE COMPLAINT HAS BEEN LODGED AGAINST THE FIRM UNDER BANGALORE JURISDICTION and further legal action has been planned against them.
Hence forth avoid buying from this firm.
